Zoe is a registered yoga instructor as of early 2017 completing her 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training with Roots Yoga, LLC. In 2016 she received her Bachelors degree in Psychology from Grand Valley State University, and is currently pursuing a career path of holistic healing and wellness. Her passion is serving others in a way that allows them to live present, in a state of overall health and wellbeing.
Yoga was first introduced to her in 2014, opening a whole new world of thoughts, ideas, and understanding of life itself, just at the right moment. Zoe centers her practice and teaching on intentional asana, breath, and alignment hoping to share and encourage others to explore their innate abilities. Offering yoga as a tool to build the connection with oneself, Zoe provides an accepting and open-minded space for all to engage in a practice of self-love, strengthening the mind, body and spirit through compassion, honor, and respect for universal divinity.
