Through the Eyes of Yoga Wellness Education

Come join us Friday evenings for health, wellness and lifestyle discussions, “Through the Eyes of Yoga!” The sessions will discuss the benefits of utilizing Yoga as a tool to help with a variety of common health issues and disorders. In addition, guest speakers will be invited who specialize in a variety of practices such as Feng Shui, Ayurvedic practices, and other interesting and unique approaches to daily health and wellness. Topics will change each month. We will try to offer the same topic more than once during the month to give you several opportunities to attend.
