Hot yoga is a physical vinyasa yoga practice in a heated room designed to strengthen and stretch the entire body. The heat and the postures help soften the muscles and allow the body to safely move deeper into poses. The heat also helps to detoxify and rejuvenate. All levels are welcome to this class, but having some experience with vinyasa yoga may help you feel more comfortable.
Our Far Infrared-heated yoga room will provide you with a focused heat that works with your body’s own energy to raise room temperature as you move through your practice.
Please note: Hot yoga is not recommended for people with heart or lung conditions, or who have not engaged in exercise on a regular basis.
