Sue Dilsworth, C-IAYT, eRYT-500

In 2008, Sue completed a 200 level Yoga teacher training based on Iyengar principles with Sandy Cardin from Union Yoga. Sue has trained extensively with Amy Weintraub (author of Yoga for Depression and founder of the LifeForce Yoga Institute). She has also served as a faculty member for Amy’s LifeForce Yoga Training Institute.

Sue incorporates the LifeForce Yoga philosophy along with the Iyengar principles in her Yoga practice. Most recently, Sue completed a 300-hour Yoga Therapy Certification from Inner Peace Yoga Therapy specializing in a variety of areas (i.e. Chronic Pain, Addictions, Structural Assessment, Ayurvedic practices, Grief, Cancer, Yoga Nidra, and Mood Disorders).

Yoga is so much more than the physical postures and it is Sue’s intention to educate and integrate the true essence of Yoga.
